• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. 

• $9 standard flat rate for Australian domestic orders via Australia Post. All standard orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days and should arrive within 2-8 business days.

• $18 express flat rate for Australian domestic orders via Australia Post. All express orders will be dispatched next business day and should arrive within 1-4 business days.

• Please note Express orders to WA should arrive within 2-6 business days.

• $25 standard flat rate for international orders via Australia Post.

• Delivery Times: Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days domestically, 10–14 days internationally.

• Delays: While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or customs.

• Tracking: You can track your order using the link provided in your confirmation email.
